Sector: Corporate
Focus: Website Design & Development, SEO & Search Strategy
Situation
The rebrand had a fixed launch date, but the legacy CMS fought reuse: components did not compose cleanly, and every exception became a dev ticket. URL structure and redirects needed a plan, or the refresh would quietly cost search equity.
What we focused on
- Content model: Components mapped to real publishing workflows, permissions and previews tested early.
- Performance budget: LCP and CLS guardrails enforced in CI, not “fix it later.”
- Migration: Redirects, sitemaps, and Search Console cutover with a rollback plan.
Outcome
On-time launch with improved Core Web Vitals and editors who could ship without dev for every page.
