Sector: Product development & retail
Focus: Website Design & Development, White-Label for Agencies, Payload CMS
Situation
Product storytelling and retail journeys had to sit in one experience without splitting content across two CMS instances. Merchandising and catalogue-style pages still had to draw from the same Payload project as the science and research surfaces, so shortcuts were not really an option.
What we focused on
- Dual funnels: Templates for roadmap and capability content alongside retail paths, reuse of checkout or lead CTAs only where the stack allowed.
- Common layer: Shared fetching, layout shell, and design tokens so this site benefited from the same upgrades as the other TypeScript properties.
- Agency coordination: Scope lines with the agency client so stakeholders on the brand side saw one coherent programme, not three unrelated builds.
Outcome
One cohesive product and retail-facing experience on the shared codebase, with editorial work staying inside Payload instead of duplicating across channels.
