Situation
The business had outgrown a patched-together theme: bundles and promos were fragile, and international shipping messaging was confusing at checkout. Mobile buyers were the majority, but the experience still felt like desktop assumptions dragged forward.
What we focused on
- Theme and sections: Shopify Online Store 2.0 patterns, maintainable merchandising without dev per launch.
- Bundles: Clear rules for kits vs singles, fewer support tickets on wrong items shipped.
- Checkout: Shipping and duties copy tested on real addresses, fewer abandoned carts at the last step.
Outcome
Higher conversion on mobile and a merchandising rhythm the team could run without constant agency hours.
