Situation

A lot of the sales motion lived on Instagram, but the website was not converting that interest into clean enquiries. Packages were hard to compare, and leads arrived duplicated or incomplete, which wasted coordinator time.

What we focused on

  • Oxygen storytelling: Section flow for spaces, capacity, and inclusions, mobile-first.
  • Enquiry logic: Date and guest count captured up front, better qualified leads.
  • Gallery performance: Progressive loading so emotional imagery did not destroy LCP.

Outcome

Higher quality enquiries and less time wasted on mismatched dates or guest counts.
