Situation
Committee volunteers turned over every season, and WordPress felt intimidating enough that updates slipped. Sponsor logos and fixtures went stale because there was not a simple, safe pattern people could repeat without breaking the theme.
What we focused on
- Oxygen presets: Fixture tables and sponsor grids with guardrails, limited formats, hard to break.
- Role training: Short video + checklist handover for new committee members.
- Sponsors: Logo sizing and link policy, consistent presentation tier to tier.
Outcome
More reliable season launches and fewer emergency fixes on Friday nights.
