Situation
Each release felt like a scramble: agents needed stable URLs for collateral, and image-heavy pages were sluggish on phones when buyers browsed on the couch. Marketing needed repeatable templates more than another one-off build.
What we focused on
- Stage modules: Oxygen blocks for availability, plans, and FAQs, reused across projects.
- Media pipeline: Responsive images and poster frames so galleries did not tank LCP.
- CRM handoff: Form routing and tags aligned to the sales team’s actual workflow.
