Situation

Open day and tour information was scattered, forms duplicated, and the mobile journey did not match how parents actually researched schools. Small frictions at enquiry time turn into a lot of registrar follow-up.

What we focused on

  • Enrolment hub: A single Oxygen-driven landing pattern linking tours, fees at a glance, and scholarship entry points.
  • Forms and tracking: Consistent CTA blocks and thank-you routes so marketing could see which channels fed enquiries.
  • Brand system: Typography and component limits so new campaign pages stayed on-brand without one-off CSS.

Outcome

Higher confidence in enquiry quality, fewer duplicate questions to the registrar, and faster campaign turnarounds each intake season.
