Situation
Tenders needed credible evidence of delivery, but project photos lived in folders and safety messaging varied by whoever last edited the page. First impressions on the site mattered as much as the capability statement PDF.
What we focused on
- Project archive: Oxygen project grid with filters for sector, value band, and region, anonymised where required.
- Capability PDFs: Versioned downloads with dates for procurement teams.
- Safety block: Repeatable ISO and induction callouts, updated from one place.
Outcome
Stronger bid packs and faster turnaround when procurement asked for “something on the website.”
