Architecture studio: portfolio and project storytelling

Situation

The portfolio depended on a slow gallery plugin, project credits were inconsistent, and press contacts needed proper high-res packs. None of that matches how studios actually pitch work.

What we focused on

• Project template: Oxygen grid for imagery with credits, awards, and team, structured fields.
• Image discipline: Srcset and compression balanced for retina without 8MB hero loads.
• Press kit: Zip or folder links with usage notes, optional, behind light gating where needed.

Outcome

Smoother award submissions and a portfolio site principals showed without apology.
