Situation

The site was held together with legacy patches, seasonal campaigns needed quick landings, and the distributor list was still a PDF. Field teams were embarrassed to share the URL on customer calls.

What we focused on

  • Campaign landers: Oxygen sections for seasonal pushes, re-skinned from a parent template.
  • Locator: Structured stockist data with filters, maintainable without a developer each quarter.
  • Performance: Rural connectivity considered, lighter defaults on image-heavy pages.

Outcome

Faster seasonal go-lives and fewer “where can I buy?” calls for the internal team.
