The product roadmap and the marketing calendar were pulling in different directions, and sales was telling a third story again. Teams needed a shared narrative with owners, not another brainstorm wall.

What we focused on

  • Constraints first: Budget, people, and compliance, on the table day one.
  • Sequencing: What had to happen before paid scale, honest about dependencies.
  • Metrics: North-star and guardrails leadership agreed to review monthly.

Outcome

A shared narrative and a plan that didn’t collapse the week after the workshop.
